We cannot
accept requests over the telephone –
no matter what the circumstances.
This is for your own safety.
When requesting a repeat
prescription please allow at
least 48 hours except bank
holidays weekends when we need 72
hours for processing. (Patients’
medication is reviewed regularly, so
you may have to see a doctor before
receiving a repeat prescription).
Ask local pharmacies about their
collection/delivery services for
repeat prescriptions.
